How do you return?
If you want to return an order or a product from the order, know that it is very simple at Anélle Maison. You have two ways to do this: pick up by courier or return in easybox (valid only for orders from Romania. Requesting a return requires filling in a return form in advance by accessing the Returns section of the Anélle Maison Customer Account.
To return one or more products, you must take into account that you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package and that the products must meet certain conditions.
It is important that you return responsibly!
What does responsible return mean?
Return the product you no longer want in the same condition in which it was delivered. This means: tried on, but not worn, without stains, without signs of wear or tears, including accessories or box and, as far as possible, with the label still attached. Think that the next customer may even fall in love with the product returned by you.
Do you order often and return just as often because you don't know exactly which size fits you?
Use the Size Chart presented with each product, where you can identify the most suitable size according to your dimensions.
Do you happen to refuse or forget to pick up the package?
Surely you haven't thought about the impact on the environment until now: wasted materials for packaging, cars in traffic for delivery, the work of the people in the warehouse who prepare the product to then unpack it and above all, think about that customer who could enjoy the blocked product.

What conditions must the returned product meet?
The condition of accepting the return is that the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered (not to be damaged, not to show signs of wear, to have all the labels intact). Due to the delicate nature of the products sold, we reserve the right to refuse any returned product that cannot be resold as new, as it may endanger the health of the buyers.
We recommend you try the products without removing the removable label. You should also know that the return of the product without the composition label cannot be accepted. The products marked in the return form must be handed over to the courier in full, exactly as they were checked on the website when requesting the return. If there are different products in the return package compared to those in the completed form, after the package has been checked by the courier, the pick-up will be refused.
Product categories with special return conditions
• Fashion (clothes, shoes) - must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unworn, without stains or tears.
• Products such as underwear, swimwear or cosmetics cannot be returned because they may endanger the health of consumers if they have been unsealed. In the description of each product you can find out if it cannot be returned.
Limitation of the right to free return within 30 days
The Eldea Shop company reserves the right to limit the "Free returns in 30 days" service in case of repeated returns, regardless of the type of product returned.
The consumer will be informed through a written notification, call or e-mail, when incorrect behavior is detected.
RETURN METHODS

1. Enter your Account and access the Returns section. Here you will find displayed all the orders you have placed and which can be returned according to the return conditions. Select the order, then the products, the quantity and the reason for the return.
2. Then add the address from which you want us to pick up the package. You can select one of the addresses to which we have made deliveries before or you can add a new address.
3. Select the payment method. If the order you are returning was made with a shopping card, credit card or debit card, the amount will be returned to the account associated with it. If you paid by another method, you can choose to receive the money in a certain bank account.
4. Once we register your return request, we will keep you informed of its status by e-mail and/or SMS about the status of the order. Don't worry, we will notify you when the return arrives at the warehouse. After checking the products you have returned, we will tell you if all the return conditions have been met. Then we will notify you when we return the amount equivalent to your return. You must know: a return form is related to an order. If you want to return products from different orders, you will have to repeat the above process for each order placed.

RETURN IN EASYBOX (Available only for orders from Romania)

Their dimensions are: • large - 47 cm x 44 cm x 39 cm • medium - 47 cm x 44 cm x 20 cm • small - 47cm x 44cm x 10cm

We remind you that if you exceed the time allowed, the request is canceled and you must place a new return request from your account. Don't worry, we will notify you when the return arrives at the warehouse. After checking the products you have returned, we will tell you if all the return conditions have been met. Then we will notify you when we return the amount equivalent to your return. You must know: a return form is related to an order. If you want to return products from different orders, you will have to repeat the above process for each order placed. *the easybox return is valid for forms with a maximum of 4 products from one order.

MONEY BACK
1. If the above conditions have been met, regarding the condition of the returned product/products, the consideration will be returned to the account from which you made the payment, if it was made by bank card.
2. If the payment for the order was made by cash on delivery, please leave us the IBAN account details when filling out the return form in order to return the money after completing the return procedure and checking all the steps established above.
3. The counter value of the returned product/products will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation that the return conditions have been fulfilled.
4. If 30 days have passed since the confirmation of the return, and the money has not entered the account, please write to us at the e-mail address: contact@anellemaison.com to verify and successfully resolve the transaction.
