Shopping has always been an innocent pleasure of many of us, but it was a big upset when, due to the non-observance of the care and washing instructions, the product deteriorated faster, entered the water or even lost its colors, having an unpleasant appearance and unusable in the end.
The maintenance method of the article depends on the type of material from which it is made, and the clothing manufacturers come to our aid by giving us the necessary information. They attach a label inside each article on which we find the information related to the type of material from which the product is made, but also small icons that are nothing more than international symbols for the maintenance of textile articles of clothing.
In order to enjoy the beauty and comfort of the purchased product for as long as possible, we must know the meaning of the maintenance symbols on the inner label and follow the instructions given by them.
Thus, we thought that you will find this section useful about how and in what way the fabrics used by Anélle Maison in creating clothing collections can be maintained.
Washing and care
How to wash:
White cotton can be washed at 95 degrees Celsius with a universal detergent (powder detergent is preferable because it contains bleaching agents compared to liquid detergent). However, the instructions on each garment should be followed to avoid the possibility of water entering. Colored cotton should be washed at temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius with a special detergent for colored clothes to avoid discoloration of the material.
How to dry:
Cotton can be dried in the tumble dryer, being resistant to high temperatures.
How to iron:
Cotton should be ironed at high temperature (3rd level) using steam. It is best if the garment is slightly damp and ironed inside out.
How to wash:
Denim should be washed at a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius and stretch denim at 30 degrees Celsius using a detergent that does not contain bleaches. To avoid white streaks that may appear on the surface of denim clothes, we recommend washing them inside out and selecting a low spin speed. To avoid discoloration and staining of other clothes, we recommend washing the jeans individually, for the first washes. At the same time, since it is not always clear which program should be washed - delicates or cotton - Miele has created a special program dedicated to denim clothes in which the water level, washing rate and spin speed are designed specifically for this type of fabric. The results – minimal creasing and optimal care.
How to dry:
Some Miele dryers offer a special drying program for denim clothes where the temperature is carefully controlled to keep their original shape.
How to iron:
Normally, denim clothes do not need ironing. It is enough to dress them after drying and the heat of the body will smooth them.
How to wash:
Viscose is delicate, creases easily and absorbs water quickly. Therefore, it is important to choose the right temperature and the right detergent. However, sometimes you do not need to consider any restrictions when washing viscose fabrics, namely when the garment is made of a mixture of materials. Since viscose tends to enter water, it only tolerates low temperatures of up to at 40 °C. This is true if you are washing a viscose shirt, but it is also true for any other type of clothing.
If you don't want to take a risk, you should choose a lower temperature and wash viscose at 30 °C. If in doubt, take a look at the care label.
To protect the fabric, it is recommended not to exceed two thirds of the drum volume when loading laundry. Zippers, sequins or sequins can rub and cause stains. It is better to wash these clothes separately.
Sometimes it is advisable to wash viscose in cold water, for example if it is a viscose scarf. It is also best to use a detergent suitable for wool. To maintain the shape and lightness of the thin scarf, it can be useful to dry it horizontally and iron it at a low temperature, covered with a fabric.
Viscose is damaged when not cared for properly. If an article of clothing has entered water, wash it again at 40 °C or soak it in water with a gentle baby hair product. This will loosen the fibers so you can easily pull them back to their original shape.
How to dry:
The structure of viscose makes it wrinkle very easily and therefore garments made from this material are not suitable for the electric dryer. It is best to hang items on a hanger in the fresh air. Never place this material on a radiator: its high temperatures present a risk of shrinkage. To make viscose nice and smooth again after washing, start ironing before the material is completely dry. Iron on the second setting of the iron with the fabric placed under a damp cloth. A steam iron is also suitable.
How to iron:
Viscose must be ironed at the lowest possible temperature without using too much steam. It is best if the garment is slightly damp and ironed inside out.
Each step of the maintenance of an article of clothing corresponds to certain symbols that help us know how to properly care for it after wearing.
There are specific symbols for washing, drying, ironing, cleaning and bleaching.
The following table helps you easily decipher the meaning of the symbols on the clothing labels and make the right decision when you need to care for it.
The advantages of Tencel:
Environmental friendliness: because it is obtained from the natural cellulose found in the wood mass, the material is economical and there is a great abundance of natural resources for it. It is also completely biodegradable.
It can be colored in any color. This fabric retains the brightness of its color and can be dyed in different colors due to its high level of absorbency.
Moisture resistance: This eco-friendly fabric has a natural ability to breathe and absorb 50%, which is more than cotton.
Antibacterial: Due to its moisture resistant nature, it is also antibacterial.
Soft: Tencel has an extremely smooth, fluffy and soft surface.
Excellent for sensitive skin: the smooth surface of Tencel is soft and gentle on the skin and keeps it dry.
Flexibility: This eco-friendly fabric has controlled fibrillation that can be transformed into anything from soft like velvet to a silky-smooth surface.

How to wash:
You should choose a lower temperature and wash the Tencel at 30 °C. If in doubt, take a look at the care label. It is better to wash these clothes separately. Sometimes it is advisable to wash the Tencel in cold or manna water. It is also best to use a detergent suitable for wool.
How to dry:

Iron on a medium iron temperature with the fabric placed under a damp fabric.
How to iron:
Because it retains moisture, it dries very quickly, and when ironing, a medium level of heat is necessary because otherwise the material can be damaged.
